1. What this website is

Ascendant Enterprise sells natural gemstones. Alongside them we provide information drawn from traditional Vedic astrological practice, because that is the context in which most of our customers are choosing a stone. This page sets out plainly what that information is and is not.

2. Traditional practice, not demonstrated effect

Every statement on this website about a gemstone's astrological significance describes what traditional practice holds. Phrases such as "traditionally associated with", "classically considered" and "may be recommended depending on the individual's chart" are used deliberately and literally. They are descriptions of a tradition, not claims about demonstrated effects. Astrological gemstone practice is not established by scientific evidence, and we do not present it as though it were.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not promise, guarantee or imply any outcome from wearing a gemstone. We make no claim that any gemstone will cure, treat, prevent or alleviate any disease, condition or symptom; improve physical or mental health; produce wealth, income, business success or employment; bring about marriage, reconciliation or fertility; influence legal proceedings or examinations; or protect against misfortune of any kind. If any member of our staff makes such a promise to you verbally, they are acting outside their authority and outside our policy. Please tell us.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing on this website or said during a consultation is medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Gemstones must never be used as a substitute for, or a reason to delay or discontinue, treatment from a qualified doctor or mental health professional. If you have a health concern, please consult a physician.

5. The recommendation tool

The "Find Your Gemstone" tool performs a real but openly approximate astronomical calculation and applies classical rulership logic. Its limits are documented on the tool's own page. It does not assess planetary strength, dignity, aspects, divisional charts or planetary periods, and it is not a substitute for a full chart review by a qualified astrologer. Its output is a starting point for a conversation, not a determination.

6. Pricing is indicative

Every price, estimate, range or "from" figure shown anywhere on this website is an indicative estimate for guidance only. It is not an offer, a quotation or a binding price. The actual price of any gemstone depends on that individual stone's species, colour, clarity, transparency, cut, origin, treatment, certification, carat weight and availability at the time of purchase. A price becomes firm only when we quote it to you against a specific, identified stone.

7. Gemstone descriptions and treatment

We disclose the mineral species, the origin where we can reasonably establish it, and every treatment or enhancement known to us, in writing, before purchase. Treatments including heating, oiling, resin filling, dyeing and irradiation are common and generally accepted in the gemstone trade; a treated stone remains a natural gemstone. Colour reproduction on screens varies, and images on this website — including generated illustrations where a photograph is not shown — are representative rather than a depiction of a specific stone in stock.

8. Care and durability

Gemstones vary considerably in hardness and chemical resistance. Pearl, red coral and hessonite in particular are soft and can be damaged by cosmetics, perfume, household chemicals, heat and ultrasonic cleaning. We will advise on care for the stone you buy. Damage caused by wear, accident or improper care is not a defect in the stone.

9. Your decision

The decision to purchase and wear any gemstone is entirely yours and is made at your own discretion and risk. We encourage every customer to inspect a stone in person before purchase and to take as much time as they need. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any decision taken, or outcome experienced, in reliance on astrological information provided by us or by any third party.
